Application Scenario

The structure of the sidewall belt conveyor is that the two sides of the flat rubber conveyor belt are glued with freely retractable rubber corrugated vertical "skirts", and the cross partitions with certain strength and elasticity are glued between the skirts to form a box-shaped bucket, so that the materials can be continuously conveyed in the bucket. Sidewall belt conveyors can be widely used in coal, grain, building materials, chemical industry, hydropower and metallurgy departments. In the ambient temperature range of -19℃～+40℃, they can convey various bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m3. For materials with special requirements, such as high temperature, materials with acid, alkali, oil or organic solvent components, special sidewall conveyor belts are required.
